We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100.00 (after discount).
Shipping options:
USPS First Class Mail .......... $5.95 .......... 2-6 business days.
USPS Priority Mail ................ $9.50 .......... 1-3 business days.
USPS Priority Mail Express ... $28.75 ....... Next day to 2 days.

Return & Exchange Policy

• If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the ship date.  Merchandise must be in its original condition as new and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a jeweler other than Rosny Jewelry is not accepted.
• All exchanges and returns require Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) number. Please contact us at 909-967-8253 or email to: rosnyjewelry@yahoo.com to obtain a RMA.
• When you return the merchandise, we strongly recommend that you use the service that can track packages. We are not responsible for merchandise that is not insured.
• All items that are being returned to Rosny Jewelry. Should be in a protective package, such as a padded envelope. We will not be held liable for items that are damaged due to unsecured packaging.
• In order to protect the package against possible theft, please do not write jewelry, ring, necklace or any other word which might hint at the value of the package. Rosny Jewelry can’t be responsible for the return shipping losses.
• Shipping and handling fee is not refundable.
